This windshield fits 88 and later XL models, FXR models, and all Dyna models except FXDWG and FXDXT. If you need a different model, check below for a link to all Harley Davidson windshields available on eBay.

The attachment mechanism is really what’s special about this model — it’s quite unlike cumbersome systems that require ugly permanent attachments. This new quick-release attachment system clamps the shield to the fork tubes with a lever-release mechanism.

The mount does not need any sort of a docking plate on the bike when the windshield is not in place. The clamps are die-cast silver, giving it a natural look to go with its curved, sweeping shape.

The safest type of helmet available, this full-face helmet provides extra protection with an extra strong polycarbonate shell.

Hardware is aluminum that provides optimal rotation as the chin bar is lifted. This allows for the least amount of torque and lift in the case of impact on the chin.

The knock on these types of helmets is their increased heat and lack of wind. This helmet attempts to address that with built-in air channel grooves and a wicking liner to keep the rider’s head dry and cool.
