Answer Racing has been making Motocross accessories for over thirty years. Started in 1976 by Eddie Cole, Answer has gone through a few transitions in their history, but today are one of the most well-known names in MX gear.
Answer has been recently been making something of a self-proclaimed comeback in terms of popularity. Located in Southern California, just outside of Los Angeles, Answer has found a nice niche and now looks poised to continue delivering respected and valued equipment and gear.
Known for its sponsorships at all levels of competitive racing, Answer is always recruiting new faces to promote its gear. Some of Answer’s most notable recruits include Ryan Dungey, David Vullemin and Michael Byrne.
Answer makes all different types of MX gear, including pants, jerseys, gloves, helmets, boots and chest protectors. However, they’ve also recently gained a somewhat dedicated following for their casual gear — several different models of jacket, t-shirts, shorts and hats.
Here we’re taking a closer look at Answer’s casual jackets. You’ll see lightweight gear for women and men, appropriate for most weather conditions. This is clearly a sideline for Answer — don’t go looking for top-of-the-line quality here. But they typically do strike a good balance between design, usefulness and the cachet of Answer’s brand.
