They’re called “rain boots” for a reason too, just in case you were wondering. A special rain membrane was added into the design to add a water resistant, yet breathable, barrier between the water and your feet.
Other boot features include a composite inner sole with removable arch support, perforated lining for ventilation, internal heel/ankle/toe protection, full-length inner gaiter, toe shift pad, non-skid sole, Velcro/zipper closure system, reflective heel panels, and double stitching in every high stress area.
